Deviant spectres have 205 mage level. I've never tried bursting them but I've never seen anyone else doing that, so my guess is they would be tough as nails to burst. I think most people cannon the normal ones in nieves cave or skip the task. The catacomb ones don't even have better drops since limp roots crashed.
