From all my research when I took the NCLEX a year ago, is that the "good" pop up is pretty accurate, almost 100%. Bad pop up is slightly less accurate and there is still a small chance of passing. Jun 19, 2017 · The "hold" message comes up whenever an exam is under review because of a problem, either a palm scan that didn't take, speed of exam, or something truly obvious in your case, a power outage. Seems like the power outage would put all the exams taken in 'hold' status and that is the message you got, not a 'good pop up'. The nclex is nothing like what you study. The quick results are usually available 48 hours after the testing time, no matter the day of the week. If you took the test on Thursday at 8:00 then check for the quick results at 8:00 on Saturday (unless you are still getting the results on hold status). Sorry about your experience, but have hope.
