Its only a fix atm. Normaly the T4 Armorer with Temperwright Skill adds the Recipe for a Legendary Armor Repairkit to your Armorer Station. But something failed by the Devs and now u get only the Master Armor Repairkit atm xD. Master Repairkits can be learned in normal way.
