I have purchased Volo's Guide to Monsters (Race Bundle), Guildmasters' Guide to Ravnica (Race Bundle), and The Lost Mine of Phandelver for an upcoming campaign. I have a master monthly subscription, have tried toggling content sharing off an on, and my two race bundles will not show up in content sharing. There have been a small number of reports of this issue and it being resolved by disabling content sharing in the campaign and then re-enabling it.
