Explosive wellmaker needs multikills. It's not like ordinance, you would need to get explosive multikills with calus for it to work. So, if you get a kill, they explode, and spread scorch, then ignite from the scorch, that's not a multikill for explosive wellmaker. Incandescent procs explosive wellmaker fine, but I just think it's not ...The way I see it is you have Wellmakers that have versatile triggers but only spawn subclass matching wells. (Armanents, Ordnance, Melee Wellmaker) Or you have mods with more specific triggers to get unmatched subclass wells. Reaping, Overcharge, Supreme, or Explosive (even though Explosive ends up being a very versatile trigger).Another great combo for this build would be to use one of the recent Destiny 2 Elemental Well mods in the form of Explosive Wellmaker, which would proc if players use Echo of Expulsion, volatile ...

For some reason, Explosive Wellmaker works with Storm Grenades, therefore, with the setup shared above, you should be able to get 90% of your Grenade Energy back if you manage to defeat 2-3 enemies with a Grenade.
