For me to bother DC traveling, the price would have to save me at least 2 mil, and even then it depends on the day. I am very lazy. A lot of people don't know how to world travel, much less, DC travel tbh. And plenty won't bother traveling for just a 10-50k diff. I'm going to be real dude, I base what price I sell things for off of two things: the current prices on the mb and the sale history. If I think the prices an item is currently up for sale for look suspiciously high, I'll look at the sale history to see if that's actually the price people are buying the item for.
