This is a long post and im sorry in advanced but i really need some help. So I got into ff14 technically at heavensward. I loved it, it was my second mmo since I stopped playing wow as a kid but shortly I got overwhelmed with everything that was in the game.you can still go to the waking sands. All the hard modes and the extreme primals are unlocked from the waking sands. Go back there and you should see the quests and stuff. Don't go into Minfilia's room, but instead go to the left and go to the room with the vendor and mender. Urianger should be in that room.
