Everywhere else that's a safe death (mains don't get a grave/lose items) leaves your status intact. This isn't the case for HC G IM, but is true for HCIM.It's not hard to understand why plenty of content creators are moving away from trying to play HCIM longterm when the gamemode only becomes more flawed with new pvm updates.
