The Ducks this season were built to tank, both on the ice and behind the bench. Verbeek brought Eakins back to do what he did, bring a poor roster to a new low. Project Tank was successful, now he will bring in a coach that he selects. The idea that Eakins with a better roster would coach winning hockey will probably never be known.We're all excited about the future of our Ducks' defense, but we really don't know what we have.
