Sent it back, and Holosun's position was yes it's broken, but the warranty department will get back to you.Good luck! I use a laser bore sight to get it close enough. Go to the range and shoot 3 at a time, adjust the optic and be done. This is what I do. You can buy a cheap laser bore sighter from Amazon for like $10. get close then work out from 3 yards and keep refining it for your intended load and zero range.
