I've sold a few phones on Swappa and purchased some devices as well. They were all positive experiences and very straightforward. All transactions were through PayPal. I think they now have an option for face to face hand-offs in designated public places if you live in the same area as the buyer/seller.No issues for me either. If you do have a problem with a device you buy on there, they have a very generous return policy. Am by no means a "business" or shop owner but from having switched through multiple carriers and such, have sold several phones there as well as bought a few for myself and family members. Have had zero issues there.
