I have never taken an Intro Psyc or Sociology course before, so I relied entirely and solely on Khan Academy videos and found it prepared me EXTREMELY well.KA partnered with AAMC to make content for the mcat. The 300 page doc is literally everything that could be tested on the mcat for psych/soc. It is just more time efficient to go through that doc because you wont be wasting your time.
