So, an exotic arm piece dropping is 1/9. For Hunters and Titans, there are 10 exotic arms - so the probabilities are even worse. It will take 30+ runs to get over 50% chance of getting the arm piece. I haven't done many legend lost sectors due to still being a fairly low light level, but out of the 10~ times I have done them, I've only gotten anything from them once, which was like 3 enhancement cores. Was wondering if anyone had any solid drop rate odds for them. 1. 3 comments.There is way too much RNG involved to have this low of a drop chance. I've seen that the Legend lost sector has a 25% drop chance (lol okay sure) and Master only has 33% (literally no point in doing master other than for triumphs). That means there is 25-33% chance to get ONE exotic armor drop. And in an armor slot that has a lot of exotics ...Farmed Metamorphosis lost sector on both legend and master for over roughly 7 hours, got multiple copies of all old exotics but not a single drop for the new stasis gauntlets, anyone else run into a problem like that or is my rng just that bad?The lowest level of lost sectors is now locked at GM level and requires you to be solo to get the exotic drops. That means a huge portion of the player base is locked from a lot of good exotics now. Master level should be there for the challenge and should have a significant boost in drip rate for exotics.

Lost Sectors at higher difficulties are one of the worst activities you can choose to play in Destiny 2 currently but that stands to change with Lightfall.. The reason why it is so horrible is that they are repetitive, not really engaging and the main prize, Exotic pieces, have terrible RNG so you can end up farming a dull activity for three hours straight and be rewarded for it with nothing ...I made a post about how the drop rates feel bugged once.. played 2 evenings straight after work running lost sectors for like 3 or 4 hours.
