I recommend the Litter Robot. I've had mine for 3 years and other than the occasional troubleshooting it has been a breeze. We have 4 cats and we find that one litter robot is sufficient. You can use whatever litter you want as long as it clumps. Frisco brand by Chewy is a good economical option.
