Jun 2, 2023 · the gunshots you heard was a vanilla meta events, there can be gunshots, dogs barking, and people screaming followed by a helicopter event around day 6-8 buts that mainly it in terms of vanilla meta events. Currently, the gunshots are just part of the metagame to move zeds around to prevent you from getting too cozy in one place. When NPC's are eventually implemented the gunshots will be created by - or at least implied to be created by - them. 19.
