Strictly from a PvE sense, the best race is probably Saiyan. Specifically Female Saiyan. Highest Ki Blast damage in the game with the new SSJB skill. Search "xv2 patcher" on Google and click on the site called animegamemods. It'll have a link to where you can download the patcher files and the installer. After downloading the patcher and installer, unzip them.
