I think people were put off because of a lack of understanding of the mechanics of the new rooms. The purple minions have a blast radius of 3x3 rather than 5x5 making them very easy to dodge. Also the room layout is kind of glitchy and inconsistent in regards to the Shaman jump attack, however if you stay to the tiles I outline they never occur.
