He was born on February 18, 1930 at Heaters, WV to Arlene (Golden) Stalnaker and William “Bill” Stalnaker which preceded him in death as well as Brother Joseph “Joe” Stalnaker.When he wasn't at work, he enjoyed antiques, auctions, and without surprise, computers.
