It’s probably bc +54% mag size isn’t enough. With 40 bullets per mag, it only takes about 4 seconds to empty a x4 monarch bc of the ~10/s fire rate. At x8 takes that down to 2 seconds bc of the double ammo consumption. This means reload takes longer than firing the clip.A proper Monarch with the right build is absolutely insane. x8 eats through ammo quickly but that isn't always a bad thing.
