West coast servers wow
West coast usually has more than 6 full servers around that time. I joined a game around 12:45 am and there were multiple servers available with players. At 1 am my server crashed and there were no more west coast servers available. Even now there are some servers available. That's why I am pretty sure they all crashed at the same time.If you're on windows, press win key, type in "cmd", press enter, type "ping 24.105.62.129" in the cmd window, it'll show you what ping you'll get to EST servers. I mean, I personally think it's fine, but I'm also not some leet pvper that wants the absolute lowest latency. I played with NA ping on servers hosted in France and I didn't really mind.

Defias Brotherhood, it's RPPVP but you only find RP if you seek it out. You can practically do anything on that server. It also has an active world PvP scene.
