Why won%27t my villagers restock

It worked fine, everyone linked to their specific workstation, but

anyone know why these fletchers in my trading hall wont restock? the one the left is in a minecart while the one on the right is not in a minecart and has a bed behind him. both are linked to the fletching table in front of them (not the originals since they were removed for zombifying). it has been 4 hours now and they still havent restocked .I've been having issues with my villagers lately as well. They take forever to grab a job block and even longer if you try to cycle them...I can't imagine what has changed or how because I haven't updated anything since 1.15.2 came out and I'm sure it wasn't doing this before. 2. Abed and workstation, also if your too far away from him then it won't be loaded in, thus not allowing him to refresh his trades and restock.
