Their prices are based on scales and have been since around 2016. Scale prices have been down lately both due to Zulrah farming and the upcoming BP nerf. About 10 seconds after u get venomed and then later in kill as well most likely. So 2 doses per kill and it gets replenished by antidote++ and zulrah scales drops.
